Two hundred years in the future, Max Jones lives in
one of the worlds biggest cities - Zenith. An
everyday guy, he works, eats and sleeps and is
undisturbed by the world around him. Until one
fateful night.
When he can't sleep, Max
goes to the fridge for a glass milk. It's just his
luck, there isn't any. He throws on some clothes and
heads for the shop.
Max doesn't notice the men watching
him. As he heads down the street they drive along
side. Suddenly Max is grabbed, subdued and taken to
an abandoned warehouse.
"You will be put to work for us, Leonard," he is told by a man he has never met before. Max protests, "but I'm not Leonard, I don't know a Leonard!"
Max's confusion doesn't aid his cause, and he must use his own resources to escape and discover the plot that he has become involved in, with a little help from some underground allies.
He will meet all kinds of characters as he travels
further away from Zenith than he's ever been. And
maybe he'll get back there too.
